This bore adapter is designed to work with 5/8” single-row heavy duty 99502 bearings and will reduce your inside diameter to 1/2”. It is made of Powder Metal. Powder metal bore adapters are intentionally designed to be brittle so that if system errors occurs, the bore adapter will break to reduce the likelihood of serious damage to your machine. When installed, the edges of the bore adapter will be flush with the bearing, making this a sleeve-type bore adapter.
